Ervaar het onbekende en daag je zintuigen uit.
Geblinddoekt en met koptelefoon op werd de ruimte en haar 'zintuigelijkheden' door de toeschouwer beleefd. Fysiek contact, meerdere personen, video's, warmte-koude, zacht-hard, wind, desoriëntatie, koestering.
Op een speelse manier en met zorg meegevoerd worden.

Tentoonstelling 'Der Ideale Man' in Artoll, Bedburg Hau, Duitsland

Voor deze tentoonstelling gingen verschillende kunstenaars opzoek naar 'De Ideale Man'. Bij dit proces assisteerde ik kunstenaar Milan Gies bij het maken van de video-installatie "You have beautiful eyes". In vijf portretten wordt kwetsbaarheid van mannen genadeloos getest.

Exhibition 'Der Ideale Man' in Artoll, Bedburg Hau, Germany

For this exhibition a variety of artist went in search of 'The Ideal Man'. In this process I assisted artist Milan Gies for the creation of the video-installation "You have beautiful eyes". In five portraits the venerability of men is being tested ruthlessly.

Video-installatie 'Volstromen' getoond bij het Evenement 'Unreal' 2010 in het FOAM.

Aan de ingang van het museum, van buiten, was de installatie te bezichtigen. Het deed lijken dat het gebouw vol water werd gegoten, om vervolgens weer langzaam leeg te lopen. Bij binnenkomst weerkaatste, in de glazen koepel boven de deur, het geluid van kletterend water.

At the entrance of the museum, form the outside, the installation was to be viewed. So it seemed the building was being filled with water. To be emptied slowly again after being filled up. In the entry the sound of clattering water was being reflected in the glass dome over the doors.
